Baked Pasta / Fırında Makarna
I know i said for the turkish cuisine enthusiasts but i could't resist. It was perfect and soooo delicious. I think this recipe should belong to us all.Yam yam. Let's cook it immidiately.
Ingredients
1 package spaghetti
150 gr goat cheese / mashed
150 gr pale yellow cheese made of sheep's milk / shredded
1 egg / whisked
100 gr butter
1/2 cup flour
3 cup milk
2 cloves of garlic / mashed
1 bay leaf
Paprika
Black Pepper
Red pepper flakes
1 table spoon mustard seed / grinded
Salt
Directions
Heat the oven to 200°C degrees.
Boil the pasta. It should be aldante
While pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a pot.
Add flour, mashed garlic and grinded mustard seeds and roast it. You should stir well.
After 4 - 5 minutes add milk at once and constantly stir.
Add spices ( except red pepper flakes ), bay leaf and salt. Let them cook for a while ( 3 - 4 minutes ). Don't forget to stir. Turn the heat off and wait until it's cooler.
Take the bay leaf off, add the whisked egg and stir.
Add the mashed goat cheese and half of the yellow cheese and mix them well.
Pour the pasta in to a big bowl. Add bechamel sauce on top it and blend them.
Pour the mixture to a ovenware. Sprinkle the remainig yellow cheese and cook it for 25 minutes.
When it's done, sprinke red pepper flakes.
I like it very much and i can eat this everyday. I'm sure i never complain.
